Now accepting Submissions for Issue I of Culture Shelf Magazine
Culture Shelf currently accepts submissions including: short fiction, creative non-fiction, personal essays, criticism, and/or cultural commentary. Work previously published in any form will not be considered. All submissions will be reviewed and feedback should be expected within three weeks of submission.

Submissions for the inaugural issue of Culture Shelf Magazine will be accepted through December 31st, 2026. Please include your name and email address in your submission. Submissions are limited to 7,000 words and should consist of short fiction, poetry, personal essays, criticism, and/or cultural commentary, with the theme of "Imagination and Creation", or the relationship between creators, imagination, and their audiences.
